I offer mobile personal training sessions across various locations in Sydney and the surrounding suburbs. While I frequently train clients in areas such as Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs (Bondi, Rose Bay, Coogee, Maroubra), and Sutherland Shire (Cronulla, Caringbah, Gymea Bay, Kirrawee, Sutherland, Bonnet Bay) I’m flexible and can travel to other locations that suit your needs. Whether it’s at your home, local park, or workplace, I’m here to bring the workout to you.

Location: This location is for Remedial Massage appointments only. Personal Training sessions are available at various locations convenient to you—whether it's at your home, a local park, or an office.

Appointment Availability: Remedial Massage sessions are available every Wednesday and Thursday at the clinic. To book your appointment, please use the online booking system linked below or contact me directly.

Public Transport: The clinic is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Town Hall Station and Martin Place Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
