Billing and Cancellation Policy
Personal Training
At NOOU Health & Wellness, all personal fitness clients are billed on a fortnightly ‘in arrears’ basis. We operate on a scheduled appointment system, and to effectively manage time, we request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be billed at the normal rate for that session, whether it’s for an individual client or group training session.
Payment terms for issued invoices are 14 days, and the preferred method of payment is via electronic transfer.
Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:
1. The trainer is unable to provide a service due to the client's relocation to another city or location where the consultant is not available.
2. The trainer is unable to meet the realistic scheduling needs of the client, defined as availability between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
3. A medical condition prevents the client from continuing with the service, with a GP's written notification required.
Massage Therapy
At NOOU Health & Wellness, all massage therapy clients are billed at point of sale and our HICAPS terminal is available for immediate health fund rebates if you have the appropriate level of cover.
We operate on a scheduled appointment system, and to effectively manage time, we request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment.
Clients can make, or cancel their appointments through our on line booking system. Sessions can be made online up to 24 hours before the time of appointment, otherwise please contact directly.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, these may be billed at the normal rate for that session. For cancellations within 24 hours please contact ross@noou.com or call 0420 404 567.
